Cardio Workout

This class is designed for anyone looking for a good Cardio workout that puts fun back into exercise! You will be using cardio equipment (Spinning Bikes, Treadmill, Eliptical Trainer...), as well as Rebounders, Bosu Balls, Kettlebells and Skipping Ropes. You will Box, Kickbox and use Plyometrics to elevate your heart rate.

You will be in a safe environment with a certified personal trainer to guide you and help you achieve your GOALS and see the RESULTS that your looking for!

  • 12 classes / $144 plus HST
  • 8 classes / $120 plus HST
  • Drop-ins Welcome!
